I loved this book. This book gives you an indept education on the how disputing process works and an indept theory on how mistakes end up on your credit report in the first place . The author also educates you thoroughly on how Credit Reporting Agency profits off the disputing process and an ostensible incentive to create an environment that allows mistakes. This indept education allows the reader to meticulously dispute or audit discrepancies on credit repair. This is a great Second book in my opinion after you read the basics first. I read a few credit repair books before this one and they were very helpful first books on this topic. Some books were by Cash, Clayborne and Roash. These are great prefaces to this book by Diez.
I love this book because the writer Diez educates the reader about the processes in place that can impede your credit repair efforts. Once you better understand what happens after you dispute an account then you can better avoid stagnant situation and better audit your discrepancies. Diez further helps reader to potential litigate matters in court, his book details the claims for which you can sue. Diez book goes a little further than a typical Credit Repair Book by detailing the machination of how credit reporting agencies actually verify your disputes.
After reading this book, I felt that it was excellent for someone who needs the basics to credit repair. It has some good techniques listed in the chapters. I wish the author would have gone into more detail on how to do certain things as consumers need step by step instructions that is why I gave it four stars. I really liked the small claims court section and how to pick a credit repair company if you need one. Not bad. Mark Clayborne, author of Hidden Credit Repair Secrets.
All of this authors books have been chock full of content... Real, applicable content.Thank you for sharing your vast knowledge.

This book in my opinion is one of the best one's out their on credit repair. It gives a realistic insight on how credit works and how to make it work for you.
