I did not find much new information in the first part of this book. The author reviews the basic tenets of a healthy diet, providing information on caloric intake, avoiding processed foods and saturated fats, and the essential components of a balanced diet. She proceeds to discuss the benefits of walking, the amount and proper technique of exercising, and what to do to keep a healthy balance. In my opinion, the last chapter of the book is the most valuable. Lewis details several exercises that specifically target the thighs and presents a step by step guide on how to practice each one.Some of these exercises will be quite difficult for beginners and require some time to master.

I have been looking for a really good book on this subject for ages. Every time I try to lose weight I find that the hardest part of my body to lose weight from is my thighs. So it is really good to find a book that gives you a step by step, coordinated method on how to go about losing weight from your thighs. I like it because it covers all aspects, your diet and nutrition, your exercise routine and how to specifically target your thighs. I haven't had this book long but already I'm beginning to see the difference.

Impressive! There isn't anything in this book about starving yourself, just tips to achieve your goals. The vicious reviews are from the land monsters who would rather put you down for going for the gold, than put in the work to go for the gold themselves.

thigh toning and slimming is really important to get gorgeous , model like legs. such beautiful toned thighs can also be easily got at home by doing a few exercises and this book is perfect for that. there are a whole bunch of amazing, exercises here that are very effective in getting rid of thigh fat easily.
